What is a Fractional CMO?
On a high level, a Fractional CMO is an experienced part-time CMO in charge of 4 pillars:
- Analyzing the market, competition, and opportunities, and deciding on the marketing strategies and marketing channels at each stage of the company, from early stages with no product-market fit to the growth stage and dominating markets.
- Hiring all-star marketing team members to execute various marketing tasks as decided in the strategy.
- Leading the marketing team to execute on the devised strategies, set success KPIs, have regular meetings with team members, monitor their performance, and guide them to achieve stellar results.
- Communicating with other C-level executives within the company, facilitating cross-functional activities, and providing reports to the leadership team.
